Red Eye Rides Terms & Conditions

Alaska is an unpredictable and busy state, especially in the summer months. Red Eye Rides always aims to get you to your location on time while having a good time.

Red Eye Rides, LLC is primarily a ride share service. Unless a private charter is reserved, customers will ride along with other travelers. When making your reservation please be aware of the following.

Travel & Road Conditions
  • Departure and arrival times may vary due to unexpected road conditions, construction schedules and/or accidents limiting thru traffic.
  • Red Eye Rides, LLC is not responsible for missed travel accommodation's due to any of these conditions or any scheduling conflicts. Your schedule is your responsibility.
  • Schedules may accommodate passenger pick-ups in Soldotna, Sterling, Cooper Landing & a transfer at Tern Lake, Girdwood which will add time to the trip duration.
Personal Belongings
  • Each passenger is welcome to one carry on item and up to a 50lbs. bag/suitcase/tote. Additional items must not exceed 50lbs.
  • Red Eye Rides, LLC is not responsible for your belongings.
  • Pets are welcome on Red Eye Rides as long as they can comfortably ride in a pet carrier. -Larger items/gear excess luggage can be accommodated with 6X10 trailer for an additional charge of $250. Red Eye Rides is not going to load or unload trailer. Customer is responsible for labor. 24 hour notice required for trailer.
Cancellations
  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to the travel day will receive a full refund less $25 administration fee. Reservations cancelled 1 day prior to travel or less are non-refundable.

Schedules can fill quickly, especially in summer, so reserve your seat ahead to ensure preferred pickup locations and times.

Pack Light but Smart

One carry-on and a checked bag up to 50 lbs. are allowed; heavier gear requires advance notice and trailer use fees.

Prepare for Variable Road Conditions

Alaska’s weather and traffic can cause delays; plan for flexible arrival times and coordinate travel plans accordingly.

Pet-Friendly Travel

Bring smaller pets comfortably housed in carriers—larger animals and uncontained pets are not permitted on board.
