Pickup Details

Drivers cannot pick up at residential locations.

Pick up at: Lowell Point – Miller’s Landing, Resurrection Seafood Bunkhouse , Alaska Sealife Center, Hotel Seward, Avtec Dorm Office, Gateway Hotel, Seward Harbor Master Office, Breeze Inn, Harbor 360 Hotel, Seward Cruise Ship Terminal, Alaska Railroad Depot, Essential 1 gas station, JAG Shipyard, SAK Town Liquor Store, Windsong Lodge, JAG Man camp.

Lowell Point-Miller’s Landing, Resurrection Seafood Bunkhouse, JAG Shipyard (SMIC), and JAG Man camp are available for an additional $35.00 charge. Pickups are 1 hour prior to departure time.

Drop Off Details

Ted Steven’s International Airport Only – Driver’s can not drop off anywhere else but the airport. You can contact Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Hotel Shuttle, or catch the People Mover public transportation bus once at the Airport to reach your destination in Anchorage.

Traveling through Communities

Once we leave Seward, we will travel through several small communities, some of which we will stop and pick up other travelers, others we will stop for a break. Those communities are, Bear Creek, Primrose, Crown Point, Moose Pass, Tern Lake (Transfer stop if scheduled), Sunrise, Cooper Landing, Summit, Hope, Portage, (Drive around Wildlife Conservation Center), Girdwood, Bird Creek, Indian, Beluga Point, Potter Marsh, then on into Anchorage) Keep a keen eye for wildlife as they can be present during your trip. The driver will not always be able to point them out, as they will be focused on getting you to your destination safely and promptly.

Red Eye Rides Terms and Conditions

Drivers have the right to refuse service to any traveler or local person for any reason. Red Eye Rides Fleet Vehicles are non-Smoking. The state of Alaska also has a no open container law, which means you cannot drink alcoholic beverages while in Red Eye Rides Vehicles. Alaska is an unpredictable and busy state, especially in the summer months. Red Eye Rides always aims to get you to your location on time while having a good time.

Red Eye Rides, LLC is primarily a ride share service. Unless a private charter is reserved, customers will ride along with other travelers. When making your reservation, please be aware that you will be riding with other people and possibly an animal.

Travel and Road Conditions

  • Departure and arrival times may vary due to unexpected road conditions, construction schedules and/or accidents limiting through traffic.
  • Red Eye Rides LLC is not responsible for missed travel accommodations due to any of these conditions or any scheduling conflicts. Your schedule is your responsibility.
  • Schedules may accommodate passenger pick-ups at Moose Pass, Tern Lake, Hope, Girdwood & Bird creek which will add time to the trip’s duration.
Personal Belongings
  • Each passenger is welcome to one carry on item and up to a 50lbs. bag/suitcase/tote. Additional items must not exceed 50lbs.
  • Red Eye Rides LLC is not responsible for your belongings.
  • Pets are welcome on Red Eye Rides if they can comfortably ride in a pet carrier.
Cancellations
  • Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the travel day will receive a full refund of less $25 administration fee. Reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to travel will receive 1/2 refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to travel are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted via text or email.
