You step off the last platform and the canyon rearranges itself: a hush from the lip of a waterfall, wind whipping through scrub pines, and below you the narrow throat of Seven Falls stretching like a natural racetrack. For the next four hours the canyon becomes a sequence of line and launch—eight ziplines from 250 to 1,800 feet, two swaying suspension bridges, and a 180-foot assisted rappel that leaves your stomach and your grin arguing about who’s had the better workout.
