O dia começa com uma visita às tradicionais estufas de ananases, cultura biológica desenvolvida em estufas de vidro, onde no final se irá degustar o seu famoso licor artesanal.
A viagem prossegue em direcção às Sete Cidades com paragem no miradouro da Vista do Rei de onde poderá ter uma deslumbrante vista da cratera das Sete cidades e das suas lindíssimas lagoas Azul e Verde.
Inicia-se a descida para o interior da cratera, onde se irá maravilhar com a lagoa de Santiago, paragem que antecede a chegada à pitoresca freguesia das Sete Cidades, onde poderá visitar o seu centro.
Regresso a Ponta Delgada pelo Pico do Carvão, local priveligiado para se observar a formosa paisagem verdejante da zona mais estreita da Ilha e das suas costas.
