Embark on a unique wine tasting journey in Hunter Valley, where you'll savor seven rare wines paired with exquisite local cheeses and chocolates. Guided by passionate hosts, you'll learn to identify wine characteristics using an aroma kit. Perfect for couples and small groups, this experience blends education with indulgence in a luxurious setting.

What you will experience

Designed for couples and small groups, this wine tasting experience is a deep dive into Hunter Valley winemaking and the hero varieties grown there. During this experience you will taste seven rare, back vintage or museum wines all guided by your Stay n' Sip host. You will also learn how to identify wine varieties based on their colour and aroma characteristics using the Le Nez du Vin 54 aroma kit.

Each wine will be paired with a delectable locally made cheese or handmade chocolate bon bon to highlight flavour characteristics.

Our professional wine hosts are passionate about sharing their wine knowledge and you can expect to experience our fun, approachable and educational style.

Learn all about the wines selected not only for their exceptional quality but also to punctuate the story of the Hunter Valley's rich history and our hero grape varieties.

And if you have a non drinker in your group, not to worry, our host can provide a tasting experience for them using our sophisticated non alcoholic option suitable for minors and pregnant guests.
