Adventure Tips

Arrive Early to Warm Up

Get to the beach at least 15 minutes before your lesson to stretch and acclimate to the water conditions.

Check Tide and Weather Conditions

Surf conditions vary with tides and weather; be prepared for changes that might affect wave size and safety.

Sun Protection is Key

Wear reef-safe sunscreen and a rash guard to protect against sunburn during extended exposure.

Hydrate Before and After Surfing

Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, as physical exertion and saltwater can dehydrate quickly.
