About This Adventure

Guided by a dedicated instructor, you'll enjoy personalized instruction in a supportive atmosphere, perfect for all ages. Location

Surf lessons are located in Kihei at Kalama Park. This is one of the best places to learn to surf due to the semi-shallow water depth and gentle break of the waves.


Times

7:00am 8:00am 9:00am 10:00am

Surf lessons are Monday–Saturday in the mornings. We always recommend the earlier the better due to the trade winds that typically pick up mid-day.


Details

• Lessons are 2 hours in duration. • All equipment is included (surfboards, rash guards & reef shoes). • Surf lessons are with Waves Hawaii Surf School • Surf instructors are CPR & First Aid certified. • Guests under 18 require a guardian present to sign the waiver. • We recommend that all children under the age of 10 have a private lesson for safety reasons and to gain the ultimate experience. If not, all children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent in the water.
