The self-guided kayak expedition is the best way to discover Stockholm archipelago by kayak on your own. Everything you need is included, including top-knotch equipment and 24/7 guide support via phone.

The self-guided tour can be booked as a 3-8 day tour, but we recommend spending at least 4 days (or more!) to have time to discover this magical place more in depth.

Upon arrival, our guides will give you a thorough introduction session, where they give an overview to the thousands of islands out there and suitable routes, go through the camping equipment, the kayaks and do a safety briefing before you set out on your kayak trip.

The guides will show you all the best places to go and you will have both a physical and digital map and compass for navigation. A kayak guide will be on duty 24h/7 via phone to consult if you have questions while on tour.

If you choose to add the food package, we will shop food for you, and it will be a nice combination of outdoor classics and the guides favourite recipies.
