The tour lasts about 50–60 minutes and covers roughly 1–1.5 miles on paved sidewalks through downtown Flagstaff.

Most downtown sidewalks and points on the route are wheelchair and stroller accessible, but a few historic sections may have steps or narrow crossings — proceed with caution.
