A low-slung Marinello engine stirs the glass of the lake as the town of Como slips astern. The pilot house is yours: a small group, a simple throttle, and the mapless temptation of cobbled waterfronts, grand villas and deep-blue bays. Morning light carves the mountains; the water dares you into narrow channels and wide-open panoramas.
easy.

No license is required for this 40-hp rental, but the operator will give a short safety and handling briefing before departure.
Fuel is paid on board (approx. €20 per hour); plan route distance and add a margin for slow-speed cruising and maneuvering.
The boat seats up to five people—confirm weight distribution and luggage to avoid overloading.
The operator may cancel for safety; standard cancellation allows a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours prior or if the company cancels due to weather.
Shaped by glacial action and centuries of lakeside villa-building, Como’s shores reflect Roman routes, Renaissance gardens and 19th-century leisure estates favored by European elites.
Lake traffic and fuel emissions affect shoreline erosion and water quality; stick to marked channels, respect no-wake zones and avoid discharging waste to protect the lake’s clarity.
