You climb into a manual-shift Jeep as the road gives way to gravel; scrub pines lean in and the Mediterranean hollows out ahead, silver and sharp against limestone cliffs. The tour threads inland tracks and coastal dirt roads, stopping where the hills drop to hidden coves that dare you to dive into clear water.
