Allow up to two hours of training and orientation lead by a very personal “Glide Guide” heading South amongst the Bicentennial Greenway throughout Mendenhall Oaks, Premier Business Park, Deep River, Piedmont Environmental Centre, Gibson Park, High Point University, etc. (TBD)

Dress appropriately for the weather, hydrate ahead of time, not open-toed shoes (or flip-flops) please.
