The day begins with the boat cutting a clean line through the Adriatic at first light, the captain steering toward low, craggy islands whose coves keep their faces turned from mass tourism. Sea spray threads the air and the limestone cliffs of Brač and Šolta stand like weathered gates; each inlet feels intentionally private.
easy.
7–10 hours.
Suitable for most travelers with basic mobility; requires getting on/off a small boat and short swims/snorkels.
No — the itinerary stops in Stomorska for a lunch break; the village has several eateries where you can order fresh seafood and local dishes.
Basic snorkeling skills help, but equipment and brief instructions are provided; non-swimmers should stay near the boat and wear a life vest.
Yes — the tour is family-friendly but children must be supervised; check with the operator about life jackets and pickup logistics.
Operators monitor conditions; minor changes to the route can be made for safety. Cancellations follow the provider’s policy, and you’ll be notified if the skipper deems conditions unsafe.
Šolta’s coastal tunnels are relics of 20th-century naval strategy, and Brač’s limestone quarries have influenced local architecture for centuries.
Respect no-anchor zones and use reef-safe products — anchoring and careless snorkeling can damage seagrass and historic wreck sites.
