Rates

“Bus Stop to Bus Stop - travel light fare” From $35/seat - only 1 piece of luggage (carry on or checked luggage - cycles and additional pieces will be charged $30 per luggage if we need to alter it - choose the correct rate from the method of Travel drop-down, for your travel, to avoid the fee)

Please note… At all times our passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Please do not walk away and leave your bag to be attended to by our driver. If assistance is required please note this in the comments/notes section, when booking.

We have a new fare structure from 1st May 2025. All previously advertised fare/freight charges are no longer valid. regardless where you located them!

Enter the correct “area” to enact the correct fare structure for your drop off suburb. If the suburb is not named, drop lff here is not available. Our drivers do not see this… so enter the pick up address correctly in the dropdown box.

“Door to Door” Adult (Aged 14+) $65 Child (Aged 6-13) $55 Senior (Aged 65 +) $60 Student (With NZ Student ID) $60 Infant (Aged 0-5) $30 + $10 if car seat to be supplied Parcel (up to 19kg) $30 Parcel (20-25kg) $40

Duration - your pick up time will be advised just prior to travel, by the driver

Monday to Friday: 2.15pm - 5.30pm Saturday to Sunday: 1:45pm - 5.15pm

Allow an extra 45 minutes for your drop-off.

Waiver

We do not guarantee Ferry/Flight/Bus/Appointment connections, but do our best to make these happen. No liability will be held for missed connections due to the Door -to-Door nature of our service. When booking you must notify these in the Comments section. Your parcel must be within the weight range chosen. Parcels over the stated weight range will be charged double. 21-50kg are no longer accepted.

What to Bring

Please bring - yourself, your mask (if you are unwell), your suitcase and your smile. No Food onboard please but bring your water bottle. We stop for a bathroom/food break mid journey.

Drug/alcohol use will not be tolerated! ANY suspicion of these and you will be put off the vehicle and the police notified.

Please remember we are a totally NON-SMOKING service. For everyone’s enjoyment, please refrain from smoking/vaping until you are well away from the vehicle, at the end of your trip. Do not light up when you see the vehicle arrive, or you may be refused entry!
