Important Information:

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time. If you don’t arrive, arrive late or don’t qualify to operate before your start time, there are NO REFUNDS.
• Please complete our Waivers Online prior to your arrival.
• All drivers for PWCs must be 21 years old. Please watch How To Drive A Sea Doo Jet Ski. If you were born AFTER January 1st 1982, You will be required to pass a 10 question quiz with a 90% or better in order to obtain a temporary boaters license valid for 24 hours. Please review the Boat Rental Exam Study Guide prior to your arrival. This quiz will need to be given each time you rent with us. Each tester gets 2 chances to pass. You can have multiple drives.
• Guide instructions must be followed at all times. Your guide will take you to the designated riding area. Your guide will be present at all times during your ride. Stay within the eyesight of your guide at all times. If an emergency occurs and your guide needs to leave, you are still required to stay in the designated riding area and return to our dock on time.
• 100’ Rule - The minimum distance from anything else while on the water (other watercraft, your friends, or the break-wall).
• If you flip the jet ski, your ride is over. Do not attempt to restart the jet ski. Your guide will tow you back to our dock. The chance of flipping a Jet Ski is low with one passenger and high with two passengers.
• Failure to follow the rules will result in the immediate end of your ride without a refund and a ban for the season.
• Failure to end your ride when instructed or scheduled will result in overtime charges (Overtime chargers are twice your rental rate prorated in 30 min increments).

Cancellation Policies

• Cancel anytime up to 48 hours prior to your rental by emailing us at info@glwatersports.com
• Weather Policy - The weather forecast is impossible to predict and changes by the hour. We make weather determinations around the time of your rental. Rain is not a dangerous condition. Wind, waves, thunder, and lightning are dangerous conditions.
• If it's raining and you do not want to go out, we can issue you a gift card.
• If weather interrupts your rental, we will issue a gift card for the time the weather interrupted your rental.
• If we have to cancel your reservation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to rebook your reservation or issue a full refund.
• Failure to qualify as an operator of our watercraft. NO REFUNDS. We will issue you a gift card.
• Late-arrivals will be charged the full price. NO REFUNDS.
• No-shows will be charged the full price. NO REFUNDS.
