A wonderful introduction into cold water therapy. You will be greeted by your host and guided into the North Sea to experience it's physical and mental benefits while feeling safe and reassured. After your dip you are invited to warm up in the sauna, exposing your body to the temperature changes through cold water immersion and sauna bathing will leave you feeling joyful and relaxed and with a sense of accomplishment.
