About the Cruise

The Discovery, at 65-feet is the largest passenger cruiser on the Oregon Coast. It features spacious outdoor double decks for unlimited viewing throughout the cruise, seating in our indoor cabin, guest restrooms and endless supply of salty coastal breezes!

• Our Sea Life Cruises are a "Floating Adventure" endorsed by the Oregon Coast Aquarium!
• Friendly Naturalists and Captains share fun marine stories ranging from Oregon’s largest fishing fleet to fascinating sea life. Depending on the time of year, we look for gray whales, harbor porpoise, seals, sea lions, pelicans, bald eagles, an abundance of marine birds to microscopic plankton! (Sea life sightings depend on animal behavior and prevailing route.)
• Enjoy the incredible scenery of our bay, river, and coastline, featuring our historic bridge, two lighthouses, United States Coast Guard facilities, NOAA research fleet and Cannery Row.
• We are known for our safety standards. Our captains vary the route on every departure between Ocean, Bay, and River based on safety and comfort. (Ocean conditions can change from hour to hour)…
