The goal of this course is to introduce participants with kayaking and its equipments. After completing the course the participant will gain knowledge: how to use kayak, how to paddle, rescue techniques. In addition, the participant will be introduced with basic security procedures and drills, as well as how effectively maneuver the kayak.

• Every participant needs to be able to swim for 50 meters. • The courses run with a minimum of four people booked in. If we do not reach this minimum, we will get in touch with you and either reschedule you to another date or refund you the full amount.

Participants must be able to swim at least 50 meters to handle water conditions safely.
Use small dry bags that fit the kayak’s narrow hatches for easy access and to keep gear dry.
