• All renters must be 21 years or older to rent and 18 years or older to operate a machine.

Terms and Conditions

• All renters must be 21 years or older to rent. To operate a unit you must be 18 years or older.
• Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Operators must have valid driver's licenses.
• Our company does not offer or cover any collision damages, the renter will be responsible for the full extent of any damage that may occur while riding.
• Renters are responsible for topping off the unit with premium (91) fuel before returning. A fuel station is available at the marina.
• A pre-authorization credit card hold in the amount of $500 is required for all rentals at time of check in.
• The renter's credit card will remain on file and may be used for time overages, re-fueling, damage, excessive cleaning, and lost or missing equipment.
