The walk begins beneath a cool rainforest canopy where salt-scented wind nudges the ferns and the boardwalk creaks like an invitation. An Aboriginal ranger leads the group from the Sea Acres Rainforest Centre, threading a narrow path that opens at Shelly Beach after about 3 km of coastal rainforest.
