About This Adventure

Elevate your diving skills with the Advanced Open Water certification at Bamboo Reef Dive Centers. This immersive course combines classroom learning and practical dives, challenging you both physically and mentally. Experience specialized dives, expert briefings, and hands-on training, all while exploring the underwater world like never before.

Cost: Course Tuition - $550.00 NAUI E-Learning Materials - $100.00 Boat Dive - $125.00

The payment of Course Fees guarantees TRAINING, not necessarily certification. Certification is EARNED only by successfully meeting all applicable standards and objectives.

Description: Further your dive education and expand your capabilities as a SCUBA Diver. Getting your Advanced Open Water certification with Bamboo Reef Dive Centers will challenge you physically and mentally, better preparing you for an array of advanced dives. We have broken down the certification process into 3 steps.

Course Schedule: Friday Classroom: 5pm - 9pm Saturday Dives 1 & 2: 7am - 1pm Saturday Dives 3 & 4: 4pm - 10pm Sunday Boat Dives: 7am - 1pm

Friday evening we review your NAUI materials and discuss the 6 specialty dives we will be conducting.

All dives will include a dive briefing to discuss conditions, hand signals, and emergency situations.

After the briefing we will hop in the water and put everything we have reviewed and discussed into practice :)

DIVER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open Water Diver Certification or higher
  • 16 years old (parent/guardian release is required)
  • Mastery of buoyancy
  • at least 15 Cold water dives, and 25 dives total

DIVER RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Perfect Buoyancy
  • Finning Techniques

GEAR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mask & snorkel
