About This Adventure

Transition smoothly to a new closed-circuit rebreather with our CCR Crossover Course. Tailored for certified divers, this immersive two-day experience combines classroom learning with practical dives, ensuring you master unit-specific skills, emergency protocols, and buoyancy management. Gain confidence and expertise from instructors who are passionate about the gear they teach.

If you’re already certified on one closed-circuit rebreather and looking to transition to a different unit, our CCR Crossover Course is the path forward. This course is designed specifically for certified CCR divers who want to add another rebreather to their skillset without redoing an entire program.

Whether you’re switching to a unit with different electronics, scrubber design, or counterlung configuration, the crossover course gives you the training to safely and effectively dive the new system — at the certification level you already hold (Air Diluent, Deco, or Mixed Gas).

What You’ll Learn:

  • Unit-specific assembly, maintenance, and teardown
  • Electronics and manual/auto oxygen control systems
  • Pre-dive checks, calibration, and failure protocols
  • Loop management, buoyancy, and trim on the new unit
  • Emergency procedures and bailout drills specific to the system
