About

The Open Water Diver certification course is the most popular of the courses offered. With over 2500 PADI certifications completed at Blue Adventures Diving, we have the expertise to offer you a diving education that will allow you to dive with confidence and most of all safely. This certification allows you dive anywhere in the world to a maximum depth of 18 meters with another certified diver and not necessarily under the supervision of a guide.

The course is divided into three main areas.

  • Knowledge development-through classroom instruction or online instruction with aim to understanding the basic principles of scuba diving.
  • Confined water dives-in a pool to learn basic diving skills and acting to different scenarios underwater.
  • Open Water Dives- out at sea to practice your skills and explore the underwater world.
