Dives are typically limited to 40 feet, suitable for beginners.
Dives can be rescheduled in case of poor weather, for safety.
Instructors are experienced in assisting nervous divers and can modify the experience.
All necessary gear is provided; however, you can bring your own if preferred.

The Dive Institute, located in Key Largo, Florida, provides a focused range of PADI® training programs, specialty courses, and guided boat dives. The Dive Institute offers both entry-level experiences and advanced certifications, including Discover SCUBA Diving, Open Water Course, Advanced/Adventure Open Water courses, and Rescue Diver training. Several courses combine eLearning with hands-on classroom and water sessions to accelerate skill development. Boat dives are available individually or for groups up to 25 divers, with dive sites selected based on weather and conditions. EAN/Nitrox cylinders are offered to extend bottom time and support deeper dives where appropriate. The Dive Institute also provides ReActivate/Refresher training to help certified divers regain confidence through a mix of online review and in-water practice. Emergency First Response (EFR) courses — including AED, CPR (all levels), first aid, and Emergency O2 provider training — are available as part of structured programs that support Rescue Diver certification. Specialty course options span no-dive theory specialties and multi-dive specialty packages (one-, two-, three-, and four-dive specialty options) that include topics such as Deep Diving, Underwater Navigation, Night Diving, photography, fish identification, and coral reef conservation.
