Cabo Pulmo, found on the shores of Baja California Sur, is like the heart of Baja's ocean world. It's one of the world's most successful marine parks, protecting this area for more than 28 years. When you dive into Cabo Pulmo's clear waters, you're not just going on an adventure; you're stepping into a place where nature has made an incredible comeback. Here, colorful coral reefs, underwater plants, and lots of sea animals live and grow because people took care of them. It's a reminder of how important it is to protect our oceans. Cabo Pulmo shows us that when we take care of nature, it can bounce back and be amazing. Every dive here is a chance to see how incredible our oceans can be when we look after them.
Before entering the water, all participants will receive a comprehensive safety briefing from our crew. This will cover the description of the dive site and dive plan, as well as guidelines for maintaining a safe distance from the reef.
You will have a private guide for you and your group during the tour, to ensure that you can dive within your limits and expectations. The boat may be shared with other divers if minimum occupancy is not met with your group.
In Cabo Pulmo, there are some important rules and limits we need to follow when choosing where to dive. These rules help keep this place beautiful and protect the underwater world. Sometimes, because of these rules and how many people want to visit, we might have to make choices about which dive spots we can explore. It's all for a good reason – to take care of this special place and make sure it stays amazing for a long time. So, when you come to dive in Cabo Pulmo, remember that these rules and limits are here to keep our oceans healthy and full of life.
You can expect to see Sea Lions, reef animals (sting rays, moray eels, angelfish, surgeonfish, octopus, wrasses, etc.), rays (eagle rays, mobula rays), Sea turtles (Olive Ridley, Loggerhead, Green), Reef Sharks, big schools of Jack fish, and much more.
