Restrictions
- Ages 10 and up for Dives
- Participants should be in good general health.
- Not recommended for elderly, disabled, or pregnant women
- All participants must sign a waiver
- All medical/physical restrictions must be declared at time of reservation
+Group classes run 4 days, usually 2 consecutive weekends on Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 12pm. Students are required to attend all sessions. Signing up for the first session indicates your agreement to attend all sessions of the class. ++Private and Semi-Private classes are 3 day programs. The date booked is the first day of your class the additional dates will be set up directly with your instructor either at the time of booking or separately. If no additional dates are booked, the class will be the done over 3 consecutive days
