4 Days about 8 hours per day Sat and Sun over 2 consecutive weekends

The SDI Open Water Scuba Diver Course will cover all the necessary skills and knowledge for open water scuba diving.
The Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:
Minimum age 15 (10 – 14 years old with parental consent)
Typical Class Schedule Day one – 9 a.m. to 4 pm. (theory class and equipment fit) Day two – 7.30 a.m. to 3 pm (pool session and review) Day three – 7.30 a.m. to 3 pm (open water dives) Day four – 9 a.m. to 2 pm (open water dives)
Take care of all the book work, quizzes, and testing before you arrive with eLearning, a web-based training offered through the SDI website for an additional fee. It allows anyone interested in taking a certification course to get a head start by completing all the academic portions (reading, knowledge reviews, waivers, tests, and quizzes) of a particular course before arriving at our facility.
Getting to your courses early ensures ample time for gear fitting and briefing.
