Enjoy the very best charcuterie from Scotland’s growing list of fabulous artisan producers and keep your tasting mat with tasting notes as a record of your thoughts. This is a fantastic way to explore the amazing artisan producers and products you may be less familiar with from around the country and enjoy experimenting with different combinations of accompaniments which work well with the different charcuterie to bring out the best on your Charcuterie platter.
Our Scottish Charcuterie tasting includes meat, and some dairy. With prior notice, we can offer a cow’s milk-free cheese or charcuterie tasting, and a gluten-free cheese or charcuterie tasting. We cannot offer a meat-free alternative to the Charcuterie Tasting. You are advised to book a Cheese Tasting.
