About This Adventure

The Plumpton Park Zoo is happy to offer group rates for public and private schools, daycare and other educational groups. Groups (OTHER THAN SCHOOL GROUPS) must book under the regular "Large Group" booking item or those groups may have to pay full price.


Rates

  • Adult (ages 13+) - $20.95
  • Child (ages under 12yrs old) - $14.95

A one hour guided educational tour of the zoo is available for an additional $35.00 per 20 people.

About

Plumpton Park offers the perfect blend of big zoo animals and small zoo comfort. Come see animals like Kazar the Giraffe, Louie the Black Bear, and Zoe the Zebra along with Alexis and Miracle the Siberian Tigers in a very close and intimate setting. We're a wonderful destination for children and families as well as animal lovers of all ages. There is also a shaded picnic area and snack bar.

We have a gift shop and a snack stand. Visitors to the zoo can also purchase petting zoo food and hand-feed some of the zoo's friendly animals. The Plumpton Park Zoo is operated for the purpose of exhibiting animals to the public for education and conservation, while at the same time providing a home for exotic animals that are in need of homes.

What to know:

  • Group rates are only valid for groups of 15 visitors or more
  • Parking is free
  • Reservations are required for most groups three weeks prior to the date of your visit

In order to ensure a smooth entrance to the zoo:

  • Please collect your money from parents and children prior to arrival
  • Upon arrival, please have your group remain on buses while a representative comes to the admissions settle group details. Group rates do not apply to individuals that pay separately. After entry, anyone can get their hand stamped to exit and re-enter the zoo
