This part day out begins at our modern award winning station and cafe at Caernarfon; a sharp contrast with the imposing castle guarding the adjacent harbour.
The train leaves Caernarfon and travels through majestic scenery to Rhyd Ddu, on the foot hill of Snowdon.
At Rhyd Ddu the Loco will take on water giving you enough time to take in the views and take a photo. The train then departs Rhyd Ddu for the leisurely return journey.
The station gift shop will be open on your return for a memento of your day or a present for those at home.
