We get thousands of communications, and cannot respond to them everyone, so need to cut out the unnecessary ones.
Monday mornings are our busiest time, if you can delay ringing at this time, you will have more chance of getting your call answered.
DO NOT ring to confirm you are booked on our service when you already have a letter, confirming that fact! They arrive approx 30 seconds after booking, if you have entered the correct email at the end of your booking. Check your Spam folder if your confirmation doesn’t arrive.
DO Not ring to ask what time you will be picked up. The driver will advise your pick up time approx 15 minutes before the run start time. All our times are approximate… not matter what! We cannot control the roads and events on roads, there-fore will never guarantee connections with further travel, or appointments.
But we do our best, in a safe and legal manner, to make these happen.
Due to congestion in central Queenstown we are now requesting all central passengers choose Athol Street Bus Stop, 11 Athol Street Bus Stop for pick up or drop-off.
Anyone NOT choosing this option when booking, will not be given the $5 discount when we change you address to Athol Street Bus Stop. Which we will do!

This is our only safe, legal Bus Stop option unless your address has a concierge area attached to their premises. None of the hostels/backpackers have safe parking. Street parking will be full, so choose Athol Street Bus Stop and bet the $5 discount!

It is your fault if you miss the bus because you haven’t read the information provided, or could not be contacted. Supply a working phone number. NZ SIM cards are cheap… we DO NOT use What’s App.. don’t tell us we have to!

Stay inside to keep warm, until the driver advises your pick up time. Be waiting on the footpath (or outside reception) a few minutes before this time.

Please note...all times are Pickup start times so YOUR pick-up time is approximate to these times. It is your responsibility to be ready 30minutes prior to the start time, incase we need to start early. On this run, your driver will advice a time for you to be waiting outside. Do not wait in the cold until advised of your pick up time. Please have your phone on, with volume up.
We recommend you do not book same-day National flights before 2.30pm and same-day International flights before 3.30pm

Due to reduced passenger numbers, we may not operate one or either of our Queenstown services on any given day, book early to be sure we operate on your chosen travel date.
We do not cancel a run if a passenger has booked and paid (even if only one passenger on the entire service)… but cancel every run that does not have booked passengers 48 hours prior to the intended start time. Book early, with confidence!
Charters are available every day, with advance notice.
Travelling from Stewart Island Ferry to Queenstown? Be sure to book our 9.10am Bluff to Invercargill service to ensure arriving in time for your Queenstown connection. Sorry we cannot wait for other services to arrive in Invercargill. There is a deliberate overlap in run times for drop-offs and pick-ups in Invercargill. Our drivers will arrange a safe, legal meeting area, for you to transfer onboard. Both runs must be booked separately.
Time for some adventure? Queenstown's got you covered. Once you depart Invercargill it’s a two and a half hour journey through some of the Southland Plains, as we gradually approach gorgeous alpine terrain. Arguably one of the most beautiful drives in the South - beaten only by Milford Sound.
Unaccompanied Parcel Delivery; Your parcel must be within the weight range chosen. Parcels over the stated weight range will be charged double. 1-14kg $23 15-30kg Be prepared to lift these yourself. If you cannot lift them, consider separating if possible.
We do not guarantee Ferry/Flight/Bus/Appointment connections due to the door-to-door nature of our business, but do our best to make these happen. No liability will be held for missed connections due to the nature of our service. When booking you MUST notify these in the Comments section.
Please bring - yourself, your suitcase and your smile. No Food or drinks permitted onboard. We stop for a bathroom/food break mid-journey for your comfort.
