Participants are welcomed with a coffee in our garden with a beautiful sea view, followed by a guided tour of the orchard and vegetable garden.
After collecting some ingredients directly from our garden (available in season), we will prepare a complete meal, full of rich local flavors.
The menu includes 3 courses (starter, main dish and dessert). Later, our guests will enjoy the menu prepared in a beautiful setting, outdoors in our garden, overlooking the sea (weather permitting).

You have the opportunity to use all of your senses, to see, hear, smell, touch and taste everything, including the final prepared dish.
Throughout your cooking holiday you will learn about the ingredients and traditions around the recipes.
