Our brand new three-stop foodie tour takes you through some of the Pocono’s best restaurants. You will get to sample local delicacies and learn about the culture behind each dish. Along the way, you'll have the chance to chat with the chefs, learn interesting stories about the culinary history, and enjoy a unique experience with the locals. Our tour is the perfect way to get a taste of the Pocono’s and explore some amazing spots.
-Silverback Distillery, is the only mother-daughter distilling duo in the nation crafting high quality, award-winning spirits. From the refreshing, citrus-forward Strange Monkey Gin to real honey-liqueur infused Blackback Rye Whiskey to the "ultimate butterscotch bomb" Blackback Bourbon, Silverback Distillery strives to produce distinct, flavorful spirits from a unique mix of local grains, mountain water and good ol' American craft(woman)ship. Willowtree Inn, is home to Chef, George Nunn who mastered his skills at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America); The Historic Willow Tree Inn has stood beside the pristine McMichaels Creek in the Stroudsburg for nearly 200 years. The Willow Tree dishes up ample portions of a homey, relaxing atmosphere so you can enjoy both the meal and your companions. Get away from the hustle and bustle to spend some quality time with family while you are served delicious delicacies.
The Sycamore Grille, is a family-owned restaurant & bar in the heart of Delaware Water Gap was Built as a boarding house in 1895, the building was nearly destroyed by fire in 1996. Rebuilt and renamed the Sycamore Grille, the restaurant opened in 2004. The name is taken from the giant sycamore tree growing in our backyard. At over 251-years-old, it's officially the oldest living organism in the Poconos...and older than the United States! The kitchen is lead by Chef Stephen Verdi and keeping the tradition of serving delicious food & drinks in a friendly atmosphere. Their motto at the grille Is "Delicious Food & Mountain Charm!"
