You will welcome to a family farm inside a regenerated limestone quarry. We’ll make first a walk around the farm discovering wild aromatic herbs, edible flowers and picking sicilian fruits that we’ll use to prepare an authentic sicilian meal. Then it’s time to make fresh pasta with our all wheat flour made with a stone mill and her majesty “la cassata siciliana” as for dessert.
During the lunch you’ll taste our sourdough bread with extravirgin olive oil and we’ll offer you our wine and grappas.
