Celebrate the autumn harvest in Hardwick Winery's timber frame barn with a locally sourced five course wine dinner featuring the culinary creations of Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo. Each course is served with a perfectly paired Hardwick Winery wine.

Menu:

  • Course 1: Whipped pumpkin and feta crositini, paired with Giles E Warner wine
  • Course 2: Onion, Pear, and Gorgonzola tart with fresh thyme and rosemary, paired with Prescott Pear wine
  • Course 3: Sausage and spinach stuffed squash with roasted nuts and cranberry, paired with Massetts Cranberry wine
  • Course 4: Garlic Turkey Tips over a root vegetable puree, paired with our *NEW Reservoir Red
