Savannah’s low coastal plain frames the piece: creeks and marshes once shaped settlement patterns and disease vectors, and those real-world forces appear in the show’s first story. The Gullah Geechee narrative connects to a living culture on nearby St. Andrew’s Sound, while the exorcism account ties into the city’s long relationship with spiritual lore and early Southern medicine.
Practically, the experience is theatrical and interactive rather than physically demanding—expect 60–120 minutes inside a dark, staged environment with live actors, surround sound, and lighting effects. The venue is at 415 W Boundary St (middle bay); doors open 7:30pm for the early show and 9:45pm for the late show. There’s free parking; it’s a short drive or a 15-minute walk from the historic district.
Health and accessibility notes matter: the show isn’t recommended for people with heart problems and can be intense for sensitive visitors. Strollers can be accommodated and service animals allowed. Arrive early to secure a good spot, keep tickets on your phone, and plan transit or a short parking loop—Savannah streets tighten up after dark. For the curious, combine this with a daytime visit to Pin Point and Bonaventure Cemetery to round out the city’s layered history.

Respect historic streets and private properties when exploring after the show; support local cultural sites like Pin Point to keep community history visible and funded.
