Our area is famous for its cold glacier meltwater and breathtaking scenery. Because of this, our guided sauna experience takes full advantage of both, with our mobile sauna set along Alaska’s pristine rivers. During your session, you’ll move between the soothing high heat of the sauna and the invigorating shock of a cold plunge, creating the ultimate hot-and-cold therapy session. Saunas, originating from Finnish tradition, are known for their many health benefits, including muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and stress relief.
