During the cane crushing season (late June to early December), we also operate our unique miniature sugar mill to show how cane is processed – it is a replica of how the large mills operate, just on a smaller scale!
Then comes the highlight for many visitors – the tastings of the products that we produce onsite , including our range of gourmet sauces, chutneys and relishes, our barrel-aged rums and fruit liqueurs made in our distillery, and other goodies!
