Mist lifts off a valley road and the Lonely Tree stands against a knife-edge sky — you arrive at Heaven Gate with wind pressing clouds into the gorge below. The morning begins in Sapa town and moves quickly from asphalt to trail: stone steps to Thác Bạc (Silver Waterfall), moss-dark rock faces, then the broader forest that leads to Love Waterfall where the water dares you with a cold, clear pool.
