In Santa Claus Holiday Village, you can visit Santa Claus in his office. However, if you want to avoid queuing and enjoy a private meeting, why not invite him to your room?
You can ask Santa Claus a variety of questions that occupy your mind, or simply listen to what Santa Claus wants to tell you and your family.
When Santa Claus visits your cabin you can take as many photographs as you wish. You can also request Santa Claus to distribute personal gifts when he comes to visit.

Only for guests who are staying at Santa Claus Holiday Village hotel.
If you want Santa Claus distributes the gifts, please deliver them to the Christmas House store before 3 pm on the day of the meeting. Gifts should be wrapped and tagged with the name of the recipient. A gift wrapping service is available for an additional fee.
