Arrive early to gear up
Plan to arrive 30–45 minutes before your scheduled start so staff can collect deposits, fit helmets and goggles, and review the digital route.
Protect the soil
Stay on designated routes to avoid damaging cryptobiotic crust and fragile desert vegetation—off-track travel causes lasting harm.
Manage heat and hydration
Carry at least 1 liter of water per hour and use sun protection; desert temps spike fast, especially on exposed ridgelines and dunes.
