Enjoy tastings of fresh cacao, exquisite chocolate bars, and a spiced hot chocolate, all while learning about the journey from bean to bar in a lush tropical setting.

A field tour about the cultivation process of this superfood.

###Includes:

  • A guided walk through our award winning cacao producing farm where you will learn about the agricultural aspects of growing cacao (35 - 40 min)
  • An explanation of the process of creating chocolate from the cacao fruit.
  • Water
  • Cacao fruit on its pulp and toasted cacao tasting.
  • Tasting of our single-estate Hacienda Chocolat chocolate bars. 75% cacao, 65 % cacao 55% dark milk, and caramelized white chocolate with cacao nibs and Puerto Rican coffee.
  • Hot chocolate drink with spices.
  • Variety of crackers and cheese with tropical fruit marmalade.
  • Optional Cava, Rum or Whiskey and chocolate pairing available as an add-on. Can be selected individually when booking. For adults only.

Before booking, please consider:

  • The walk is of medium-moderate intensity.
  • There is no wheelchair accessibility.
  • Children older than 3 yrs pay as a participant. Children 3 and younger don't pay.
  • Dogs are not permitted at the moment because we can't control visits from dogs from neighboring farms.
  • The activity takes place in all weather conditions.
  • Drones are not allowed.
  • Removing vegetation from the property is prohibited.
  • Applying repellents on the property is not allowed.
  • Smoking is prohibited on the property and facilities.
  • No littering.
