About

A fun interactive class in person where we will make samosas from scratch. Along with that, we will learn to make a zesty mint chutney and a sweet and tangy mango chutney. We will go a step further and make samosa chaat with a garbanzo bean curry. And that's not all; we will put those chutneys to good use in a whole new dish: corn bhel, a spin on an Indian corn salad with both our spicy and sweet chutneys and fresh corn. We are going to have mimosas to wash it all down.
