The boat slips away from the small harbor and the town’s white houses recede into a ribbon of cliff and sea. Salt spray and a steady Mediterranean breeze set the tempo as the skipper trims the sails and the limestone walls of Polignano a Mare and nearby Monopoli slide into view—caves, arches and ledges carved by millennia of waves.

The tour is approximately 3.5 hours and includes skipper service, snorkeling equipment use, SUP access, and an Apulian aperitif with local foods and wine.
Non-swimmers can join but should remain on board during swim stops; basic swimming ability is recommended for anyone entering the water.
