The boat slips away from Giardini Naxos and the coastline opens like a map of cliffs and coves—turquoise water daring you to dive in, and volcanic outcrops that push the sea into caves and small bays. On this four‑hour cruise you sail east toward Spisone, Mazzarò and Isola Bella, learning basic sail handling from an experienced skipper and feeling the boom give a gentle tug as the vessel finds wind.
