This is a 2004 Beneteau Oceanis 473 sloop rigged monohull auxiliary sailboat with a 75 hp Yanmar inboard diesel engine. This vessel is 47 feet in length overall which contributes to its spacious layout and comfortable fit. It is available to day sail and overnight charter to the qualified sailors or hire a captain to navigate the vessel while you enjoy an afternoon of sailing around San Diego Harbor and its coastal waters. Seaforth Sailing Club Members are always welcome aboard!
This charter requires a captain. We will introduce you to a local USCG licensed captain who you will hire to operate the vessel. Please note, captains are subject to availability. Captains who are familiar with this vessel will be hired by the renter and paid directly, in cash, in the amount of $50 per hour, not including gratuity. Rental price is for boat and fuel but does not include Captain fees.
Equivalent sailing experience required. A sailing resume will need to be completed at least 48 hours prior to rental for new customers.
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your reservation start date for a full refund. Once you are within 72 hours, no changes or cancellations are permitted. Failure to show for reservation still incurs full rental rate and is not eligible for a refund or reschedule. As the renter, you are responsible for checking the weather forecast and making any desired changes at least 72 hours in advance.
