1. Pre-Departure

• Choose meal & indicate any allergies or assistance needs
• Complete digital Ottawa Yacht Check In

2. Travel to Destination

• 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa-Gatineau, arrive for Dinner by 4:45PM
• Park in complimentary public parking at 1092 Jacques-Cartier St.

3. Arrival (10 minutes)

• Park and walk 140 meters to Pirate Marina

4. Boarding (10 minutes)

• Crew will greet you on sidewalk next to marina
• Assisted by crew, pass through marina gate, walk along docks, and board yacht.

5. Cruising (2→2.5hrs)

• Feel the rush of excitement and freedom as we set sail on open water

6. Return (10 minutes)

• Return to restaurant to continue activity, or to your vehicle

Check In & Boarding

• Must CHECK IN with valid government-issued photo ID, before arriving
• Please wait on the sidewalk until crew has confirmed everyone's check in
• Only crew may open the marina gate
• Before walking through the marina gate, put phones & keys in a pocket or bag
• Crew escort passengers on docks
• Crew help passengers board and disembark the yacht(s)
• Footwear & socks must be removed, unless told otherwise
• Accessibility is not universal on our yachts
• Anyone arriving intoxicated will not be permitted to board, no refund

• Emergencies on yacht must be reported to crew immediately
• Crew instructions must be followed at all times
• Smoking, vaping, and consumption of drugs on board are strictly forbidden
• Only 1 passenger at a time is permitted into the cabin to use the washroom
• Yachts are regularly sanitized between cruises
• Yacht crew & restaurant staff regularly wash their hands
