A morning in Port Olímpic begins with gulls circling low and the harbor glass reflecting a Barcelona slowly waking. Guests meet at the renovated marina, board a sleek sailing yacht and feel the Mediterranean pull them away from the city’s edge toward the open coast. The wind nudges the boat; the crew cuts lines and the yacht answers, the sea daring riders to relax and look out for the city skyline shrinking behind them.

Alella’s winemaking stretches back to Roman times and developed through medieval and modern Catalan viticulture; the proximity to Barcelona shaped its role as a coastal supplier of table wines.
The area balances tourism with coastal conservation—avoid single-use plastics onboard and follow winery guidance to minimize impact on terraces and soils.
