Leaving Ponta Delgada city in our Seafari Jeep, the roads will take us to the perfect snorkeling spot, while we explore the island south coastline.
Be amazed with the Rosto do Cão islet, with its basalt rocky walls bathed by the big Atlantic ocean and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding seascape.
Discover the black sand beaches: S. Roque, Mílicias and Pópulo, painted by volcanos and shaped by basalt rocks. Learn about marine life and conservation.
Meet the unique Caloura village and its stunning natural beauty, tranquil atmosphere and rich marine biodiversity. The perfect place to connect with nature and with yourselves.
Explore the small fishing harbor of Caloura, where you can watch traditional fishing boats and enjoy stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy the Caloura refreshing natural saltwater pools, perfectly integrated into the rocky basalt coast.
And we are ready! Follow the instructor briefing, put your mask on and lets dive into the Neptune blue world. Search for parrotfishes, for salemas, for triggerfishes, for blue fishes, and with luck, maybe some groupers. And, if we find some trash (plastic), we accomplish our mission as Ocean protecters, and keep it on the bag for latter recycling.
After comes the reward: local cookies and fruit!
After this amazing adventure, we come back peacefully to Ponta Delgada.
