Adventure Tips

Reserve your site in advance

RV sites at Monument Lake can fill up quickly during peak seasons, so booking early guarantees your spot.

Bring your own water hose

Though water hookups are provided, it’s best to bring a long enough hose to reach your campsite connection comfortably.

Practice fire safety

Use the designated fire pit carefully and fully extinguish fires to prevent wildfires in Colorado’s dry climate.

Pack insect repellent

Evenings can bring mosquitoes and other insects near the lake; insect repellent helps keep your stay comfortable.
